Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will be able to pack the goods according to the exact and precise specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods are carefully examined and securely secured. These warehouses are in Europe as much as they are in the USA.

Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing period in accordance with the item.

Prior to shipment, all purchased products will be thoroughly inspected. Most orders are shipped within 48-hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between three and seven days.

Returns

Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. The actual levels of stock can change at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order will be out of stock after you've placed your order.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
